TERMS & CONDITIONSDELIVERY - The walk-in tubs are large and bulky items and may be delivered by a single driver. Please make sure there is someone available to help our delivery person unload the items. Please note that goods can only be delivered to a ground floor location and the customer is responsible for moving the items upstairs. If redelivery is required and there is no one at the delivery location to accept the items then an extra delivery charge may be applied. DAMAGED PRODUCTS - Please make sure you check that all items are present and free from any defects upon delivery and before signing the bill of lading. You must report any missing or damaged items to Home Wellness Partners Inc. within 72 hours of delivery so we can help resolve your situation. Any damage that has been caused by transit of goods must be noted upon the carrier's delivery. WARRANTY - Warranties vary by manufacturer. The purchaser agrees to abide by the terms and conditions expressed in the manufacturers warranty as well as with these terms and conditions. The unit must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician or it will void the warranty of the unit from the manufacturer. The purchaser accepts full responsibility and liability for the products proper use, operation, and installation. In order to validate the warranty the original sales invoice and the original sales slip must accompany the claim. Parts must be removed at the purchaser’s expense and returned through prepaid courier to the supplier. The purchaser must contact Home Wellness Partners for current delivery information for the return of parts. Replacement parts will be shipped back to the purchaser by collect courier. We are not responsible for any costs related to the installation of the replacement or the re-installation of the original parts. We are not responsible for any accidents from the installation of the unit or for any accidents as a result of warranty repairs. This warranty will not cover wear and tear, misuse, abuse, modifications or improper installation. No other warranty is implied other than what is described above. Our units are not to be used for commercial purposes. The purchaser also agrees to hold harmless and indemnify us from any actions, lawsuits, judgments, or liability claims arising from the use of any Home Wellness Partners’ product. INSTALLATION - Home Wellness Partners Inc. does not perform the installation of your tub. However, we will provide detailed installation procedures for use by your licensed plumber and electrician. You are advised not to book your plumber or carry out any preparatory work on your bathroom until your goods have arrived and been checked. Home Wellness Partners Inc. will not accept any liability for losses accruing from plumber or preparatory costs. |
